What We Sell
We supply commercial grade hardware for hanging signs, banners, displays and lightweight fixtures from ceilings, along with the tools and accessories that go with it. Our catalog includes Clik-Clik magnetic hanging systems, E-Z Banner hanging systems and kits, UrbanTrapeze cable adjusters and tensioning hardware, steel aircraft cable, crimps, ferrules and cable cutters, LoopLine sign hanging cord, ceiling grid clips, T-bar clips, hooks, anchors and connectors, mounting hardware for sneeze guards and plexiglass panels, rigging hardware for theater and event use, and complete installation kits. Individual product pages list the dimensions, materials, finishes, load ratings and quantities for each item.
We sell hardware only. We do not perform installation and we do not produce the signs or banners themselves.
Pricing, Currency and Payment
All prices on this website are shown in United States dollars (USD), and every transaction is charged in United States dollars. We do not price or settle in any other currency. If your card is issued outside the United States, your card issuer will convert the charge at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Credit card orders over $2,500 are subject to a 3% service fee. Open account terms are available to qualified businesses on approved credit. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Payment Card Information and How We Protect It
This section describes our security capabilities and our policy for transmitting payment card details.
- The entire ceilingoutfitters.com website, including every page where you enter personal or payment information, is served over HTTPS using TLS encryption. Information you enter at checkout is encrypted in transit.
- Card transactions are processed by a third party processor certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your card number, expiration date and security code are transmitted to that processor in encrypted form for authorization.

- Card numbers given to us by telephone are entered directly into our secure payment system during the call. - Please do not send full card numbers by email, fax or website contact form. Those channels are not encrypted end to end. Call us instead and we will take the card securely.
- Access to customer and order records inside our company is limited to staff who need it to process orders, ship products and provide customer service.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do commit to the safeguards above and to notifying affected customers as required by law if a breach affecting personal information occurs.

How Long We Keep It
We keep order and transaction records as long as we need them to service the account and to satisfy tax, accounting, warranty and legal requirements. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your Choices and Your Rights
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also call or write and we will remove you. We will still send transactional messages about orders you have placed.
- You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and will respond within the time required by law. We may need to retain certain records, such as completed transactions, where the law requires it.
- Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including Texas, California, Colorado and Virginia, may have additional rights such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal information. Where Your Information Is Handled
We operate from the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you order from Canada or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those in your country.
Shipping and Delivery
- In stock orders are fulfilled within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 pm Central Time ship the following business day.
- Fulfillment time is not delivery time. Delivery depends on the service you select and on the carrier. Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
- All orders ship F.O.B. Factory. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession.
- Larger or heavier orders may ship by freight and we will contact you to arrange delivery. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
- Product samples are sent at our expense by Federal Express. For overnight service on a sample, provide your own carrier account number.
- Inspect your shipment on arrival. If a package arrives damaged, note it with the driver where possible, keep the packaging, and contact us so we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement product moving.
Orders Outside the United States
We ship to the United States and Canada. Duties, import taxes and customs brokerage fees on shipments outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing. All orders are priced and charged in United States dollars regardless of destination.
Export restrictions: our products are commercial hanging hardware and are not subject to any export controls we are aware of. You remain responsible for complying with the import laws of your country and with United States export laws, including sanctions and embargo rules. We do not ship to countries, entities or individuals subject to United States trade sanctions or export restrictions, and we may cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fill. For destinations outside the United States and Canada, contact us before ordering.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date the order was placed.
- Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Returned product must be unused, undamaged, in resellable condition and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a trackable service and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Custom and made to order items are not returnable. Products with adhesive backings are not returnable once the liner has been removed or the adhesive applied.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective, contact us and we will make it right at our expense.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
We warrant our products against manufacturer’s defects and will, at our option, replace or repair defective product. Our liability on manufacturer’s defects is limited to the purchase price of the items warranted. Financial claims against Retailer Solutions Co., LLC dba Ceiling Outfitters are limited to a refund or credit for parts purchased but not needed. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including labor, freight, downtime or lost profits. Except as stated here, products are sold without any other warranty, express or implied.
Product Use, Safety and Legal Restrictions
- Stated weight ratings apply to the hardware itself under normal conditions. Safe load also depends on your ceiling structure, the anchoring surface and how the hardware is installed. Verify your structure can carry the load before hanging anything.
- Our products are not rated or sold for lifting or supporting people, for overhead lifting, or for any life safety application.
- Suspended signage and overhead attachments are regulated in many jurisdictions by building codes, fire codes, sprinkler clearance rules and, in seismic zones, bracing requirements. You are responsible for confirming your installation complies with the codes and permits that apply at your location and with your landlord’s or facility’s rules.
- Magnetic products can affect pacemakers and other implanted medical devices, magnetic media and electronic equipment. Handle strong magnets with care. Keep small parts, magnets and cable hardware away from children.
- Follow the ladder safety guidance on our website and use qualified personnel where the job calls for it.
Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes
Unless a specific offer says otherwise, these terms apply to all of our promotions: each offer has a stated start and end date and expires at 11:59 pm Central Time on the end date; one coupon or promotional code per order, and offers cannot be combined with each other or with contract or distributor pricing; the code must be entered at checkout, and we cannot apply a discount after an order is placed; offers apply to product subtotal only, before shipping and tax; offers may exclude custom, made to order and clearance items and may require a stated minimum purchase; offers have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases; if a promotional item is returned, the discount is recalculated and the refund reflects the price actually paid. Order Acceptance and Governing Law
