Banner Rail Lengths

Aluminum rails are available in 4 lengths. Depending on your sign material, consider adding a rail for the bottom edge of the banner/sign to prevent sign curling.

Rail is 1-inch (2.54 cm) high x .75 inches (1.9 cm) wide. The small top channel accommodates the Hanger Clips and the peg of the End Cap.

Bottom gap on the rail is .1579” (4mm) wide.

Required Accessories Sold Separately

The following accessories complete your banner hanging system and are required to make the system fully functional.

  1. Graphic Inserts: Attach to the leading edge of sign. Then, simply slide the graphic into the lightweight E-Z™ Elliptical Aluminum Banner Hanger rail. Assembly is quick, easy and secure. Can also attach to the trailing edge of the sign to prevent sign material curling.
    • E-Z Grip 3-in. insert for sign material up to .080” thick. Ideal for use with cardstock, thick paper and 13 oz. through 18 oz. vinyl banner material on an unsewn edge. Item #65-10503.
    • E-Z Grip 3-in. Heavy Duty Insert for sign material from .125 to.187” thick. Ideal for use with thicker styrene, Sintra, Coroplast, 13 oz. and 18 oz. vinyl with sewn edge and FomeCor sign materials. Item #65-10504.
    • E-Z Snap insert available in 24”, 36” and 48” lengths for material up to .040” thick.
  1. End Caps: the stylish, black cap covers the open end of the Elliptical Aluminum Banner Hanger. Two pieces per rail are required. Item #65-11030
  2. Hanger Clips: inserts into the track on top of the Aluminum Banner Hanger as a connection point for ceiling clips and connecting cord. Two pieces per rail are required.  Item #65-11020

Additional Options

Joiner Connects two or more Elliptical Aluminum Banner lengths. Remember to connect the joiner loop to the ceiling.  Item #65-11010
