As a resident of Texas, you or your organization must pay sales tax on your purchases. If you legally qualify for exemption from paying Texas Use and Sales Tax, please complete the form below and attach your completed and signed sales tax exemption form (which you can download from here). Use this form for your convenience, but please call in your order to 1-877-866-2545 if you are exempt from paying sales tax. We must have this properly executed document in our possession before processing your order.
